Welcome to the public consultation for an exciting development on land at Crimble Mill, Crimble Lane, Heywood.
The aim of this consultation is to provide you with information about Redwaters (Crimble) Ltd and Prescot Business Park’s [The Applicants] emerging development proposals at Crimble Mill and to receive any comments you may have. It is intended that the application submission will have regard to comments received through this consultation to influence the final scheme. Design work on the proposal is ongoing and, as such, the information presented here will be subject to change.
This consultation is our opportunity to showcase our proposals and to provide you with an opportunity to have your say and influence the design of the scheme.

Redwaters (Crimble) Ltd
Founded in 1974, Redwaters are a highly regarded bespoke development company based in the North West, building residential and commercial schemes in highly desirable locations throughout the region.
Recent developments include the iconic £25 million restaurant and residential scheme at Astley Point, a 50 house scheme at Astley Brook Drive and current residential developments at Ripponden Vale and Victoria Meadows in Ripponden, West Yorkshire. Each scheme is designed to complement the locality and uniqueness of every site from an historical and architectural standpoint.
Prescot Business Park Ltd
Prescot Business Park Limited is an expert and experienced private property investment and development company based in the North West with a number of major regeneration projects under way across the UK.
These include a 600 residential unit mixed use brownfield land scheme in Knowsley which is just completing, and a 400 residential unit mixed use scheme with planning permission in Newmarket where construction work is just commencing. PBP has undertaken or is under way with several similar mill renovation projects across the North West. The completed Power Mill and The Loom development at Helmshore, for instance, comprises 42 residential apartments and townhouses.
